BSEB in this month January 2012 release a new advertisement @ their main site http://bseb.bih.nic.in for Two hundred and ninety three (293) engineers. Details are as under

1. Assistant Engineer (Electrical/Electronics) : One hundred and five (105) vacancies
2. Assistant Executive Engineer (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical) – GTO Cadre – Sixty (60) vacancies
3. Junior Engineer(Electrical/Electronics) – Eight three (83) vacancies
4. Junior Engineer (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical) – GTO Cadre – Forty five (45) vacancies

Fee

• Rupee one thousand (1000) only for candidates who belong to the General and Other backward classes (OBC) category.  Rupee Two hundred and fifty (250) only for persons belongs to Schedule caste (SC) and Schedule Tribes.
• Rupee 400 for regular / contract employee of BSEB and rupee one hundred (100) for Schedule caste (SC) and Schedule Tribes.

 Selection process

• BSEB will conduct a written examination of 100 marks and selection will be on the basis of marks obtained by candidates.
